Your artwork will be provided in A4 format with a resolution of 350 DPI (default size).
The size of the canvas can be changed according to your wishes.
Illustrations for cover songs have the same cost.
When ordering from a Legal Entity, the markup for commercial use is +50%.
I have the right to broadcast the order (Twitch/Youtube).
A private order will have a commission of +20% and I will not broadcast the creation process.

By ordering from me, you agree to the following:

✦ A person who comes to order a commission from me is the Client.✦ If you are not satisfied with my Terms of Service and/or do not wish to agree to the terms, you cannot request a commission.✦ The Client must be over 18 years old.✦ Depending on the order size, payment in installments may be considered.✦ You must have sufficient funds to pay for the order all at once or in installments.✦ I reserve the right to cancel the order without explanation.✦ I have the right to stream the order (Twitch/Youtube).
A private order (NDA) will have a 20% commission, and I will not stream the creation process.✦ As an artist, I retain copyright to the work (social media posts, portfolio, artbooks).✦ The Client MUST credit the illustrator when using the artwork. For Live2D models, the client automatically agrees to the artist's mention on social media.✦ The client must be the copyright holder of the character sent as reference material, or you must have the copyright holder's explicit consent to order on their behalf.✦ The client agrees to maintain communication throughout the order process and provide me with reasonable feedback to ensure a satisfactory final product.✦ I do not work with AI-generated models. If, after accepting an order, it is discovered that the model was created using AI tools, the order will be immediately terminated without a refund.✦ I do not permit the use of my art for AI or similar purposes. Please do not upload it to any AI-based websites, as this may compromise my work.✦ The use of NFTs with my work is strictly prohibited.✦ The client receives all the model files necessary for future rigging. All products supplied are digital; physical products will not be provided to customers.✦ I do not draw: Robots, Transformers, or extreme male bars.✦ Any file you pay for will only be available to me for a limited time. I take steps to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.✦ As an artist, I am not responsible for other performers (riggers/designers/coders/programmers/musicians). I can refer you to a trusted performer because they are time-tested and experienced.✦ Violating the TOS or engaging in inappropriate behavior automatically entitles me to terminate my relationship with you, and you will be added to my Blacklist.✦ As a freelancer and performer, I maintain records of every digital product for tax purposes. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for tax or legal purposes.✦ If you have any questions, please contact me.

✦ You, the client, are expected to first read my TOS and understand my general commission prices.✦ You, the client, may display my work on external websites as long as it is clearly credited and attributed to me.✦ You may not upload or post my work in any gallery intended solely for displaying your own work.✦ You may not claim ownership of my work as your own.✦ You may use the artwork for personal use, including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.✦ You reserve the right to print or create a physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (i.e., NOT for sale).✦ You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.), unless commercial use is paid for.✦ Clients who ordered and/or received work before this TOS came into effect remain bound by its content.✦ If the Client decides to order work on a whim without considering what they want and how they want it, please stop, think, and come back later.✦ If the Client is unclear about any terms used by the artist, they can look them up on this website.

✦ If you, the Client, wish to commission a work for commercial use, the total commission price, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon in advance.✦ The minimum price is 50% of the original price. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem it appropriate.✦ The following are considered commercial use: Reproduction and sale of artwork publicly or privately, instances where you profit from the medium/platform on which you have posted my artwork (e.g., Patreon, Boosty, other platforms, and merch such as displays/posters/stickers/business cards, etc.).

✦ If you would like your request to be kept confidential, please indicate this during the ordering process. Please let me know in advance that you require an NDA.✦ I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem it appropriate.✦ A confidentiality request means that I am not allowed to post any WIP files on social media, nor am I allowed to broadcast the commission process anywhere.✦ This is especially important to consider if you are a VTuber and want me to keep your assets confidential until your debut.✦ The NDA fee typically starts at +20% of the total offer amount, but may vary.

✦ All orders are non-refundable once work has begun.✦ If the work was half-paid and approved, but the client suddenly wanted to cancel the entire project and said they weren't satisfied, the amount paid for half the work will not be refunded, as the work has been completed and the collaboration between the contractor and the client will then be terminated.✦ Payment can be made by Sber/SBP or Boosty card.✦ Payment must be made by agreement with the client via prepayment or 50% at the start of the work and 50% upon completion.✦ For 50/50 work:
Payment of 50% at the start of the work must be sent after approval of the color sketch and 50% upon completion.✦ Number of free illustration revisions:
4 - revisions at the sketch stage.
4 - revisions at the line drawing stage.
2 - corrections at the color stage.✦ Number of free corrections for a Live2D model:
8 - corrections at the sketch stage.
6 - corrections at the line stage.
4 - corrections at the color stage.✦ After free corrections, there is an additional charge of $5 for each new correction.✦ Illustration commissions take 4-30 days, depending on the type of illustration.✦ Live2D model commissions take 2-3 months.
Asset commissions take 5-30 days.✦ If you require a faster turnaround time for an illustration/overlay/PNG model or a Live2D model, an additional expediting fee of +50% of the total will be charged.✦ Additional schedule details will be discussed with the client personally.

✦ As a performer, I can sometimes make gifts for my clients due to good collaboration.✦ Please don't rush me as a performer when working on a gift. Gifts are something I do in my free time, to please you.✦ Sometimes, due to good collaboration with a client, I may offer discounts or expedited work for free.✦ Please don't pressure me for discounts or expedited work for free. It won't work.

✦ TOS - Terms of Service.✦ NDA - Non-Disclosure Agreement✦ Commission - This is your order for art, reference, concept, model, etc.✦ Sketch - a drawing, sketch, or draft of a future drawing.✦ Vtube Studio - a free app that allows you to become a virtual YouTuber/streamer with realistic facial expressions and movements of your model.✦ Rig - character/model or background animation. This is not frame-by-frame animation and is done in Live2D.✦ Cutting - Separating art/models into multiple layers for future rigging.Note: As an artist, I cut and finish drawing sections of art/models.✦ Live2D is software for creating 2D character animation with a sense of depth and dynamic movements. Live2D enables head and eye tracking and lip sync, making it suitable for real-time applications such as Vtube Studio.✦ Live2D Model (your avatar/character) - character art sliced into multiple layers for future rigger animation. This is not a single image layer, but usually a PSD file with multiple layers.✦ Asset - hand-drawn additions to the model, such as clothing/decorative items/microphone/mug/hands, etc.✦ Face tracking - is the process of tracking the position of a detected face via a webcam or phone/iPhone camera.✦ VBridger - is a paid face tracking plugin developed for VTube Studio. It is purchased for improved face tracking and is often used with an iPhone due to its superior iPhone ARKit tracking performance. An alternative is to use VBridger and Android.Note!
You don't need to buy the Vibridger plugin to get better face tracking for your model. A webcam will do. Learn to articulate and perform facial expressions, and check the camera's quality.
The artist doesn't draw anything additional for Vibridger. Only Rieger works with Vibridger.✦ Reference (or ref) - is a drawing guide for a specific character. It includes a palette, design, concept, details, inspirational images, and some information about their personality.✦ Concept - The development of a design for a character/animal/object. A concept is created to convey the idea, style, and mood of a character/environment.✦ Reference sheet - is character art showing their full-length appearance from three sides (front/side/back), details, personal items, palette, and personal information.✦ Redesign - is a change or rethinking of a character's design.✦ Redraw - redrawing your old work or a frame or screenshot to fit your own style.✦ Overlay - graphic elements (logos, banners, stream start screen, stream end screen) superimposed on your stream or video.✦ Speedpaint or timelapse - a sped-up video showing the entire work process.✦ Digital, didge - a drawing created using digital technology.✦ Gift - a work (drawing, model, etc.) made as a gift to someone.✦ Collaboration - the creation of a single work by several people.
